Fees & Enrollment

Our Enrollment Philosophy

One-Year Commitment. Purposeful Progress.

TUG Sports Institute follows a single annual enrollment model across all programs.

This structure exists to protect training quality, maintain consistency, and allow responsible planning for athletes, families, and coaches.

We do not operate on monthly or short-term subscriptions.

Annual enrollment allows us to commit fully to capped batch sizes, stable coaching teams, and a clearly defined training calendar.

This model reflects our belief that meaningful development requires time, structure, and continuity.

Why Annual Enrollment

The Value Behind the Annual Commitment

Annual enrollment allows TUG to:

  • Maintain fixed batch sizes
  • Ensure fair access to coaching time
  • Plan training schedules responsibly
  • Retain qualified coaching staff
  • Avoid reactive or ad-hoc decision-making

For families, this provides:

  • Clarity of commitment
  • Predictable planning
  • Freedom from repeated billing cycles
  • A stable training environment for the athlete

Annual enrollment is not a per-session calculation.

It represents participation in a structured, year-long training ecosystem.

Program Fees

Program Investment and Annual Enrollment Fees

The following annual fees apply from 1 April 2026:

  • Cubs Program (Ages 4–7): ₹65,000 + GST
  • Beginner Program: ₹1,00,000 + GST
  • Intermediate Program: ₹1,00,000 + GST
  • Elite Program: ₹1,00,000 + GST
  • Athlete Excellence Program (AEP): ₹6,00,000 + GST

All fees are payable as part of annual enrollment only.

Payment Option

Two Ways to Complete Your Annual Enrollment

To support payment planning, TUG offers two options under the annual model:

Option 1: Annual Payment (Preferred)

  • Full annual fee paid upfront
  • Seat confirmed for the full 12-month enrollment period
  • No further payments during the year

Option 2: Two-Installment Annual Enrollment

  • Annual fee split into two equal installments
  • Enrollment remains annual in nature
  • Seat is confirmed at the time of first payment
  • Second installment is mandatory at the start of Month 6
  • Failure to complete the second installment results in forfeiture of the seat

This option is a payment convenience, not a half-yearly or short-term enrollment.

What the Annual Fee Includes

Annual Enrollment: Training and Facility Inclusions

Depending on the program, the annual fee includes:

  • Structured group training as per program design
  • Access to specialist coaching inputs
  • Practice games conducted within and/or outside TUG
  • Uniforms: one set each of summer wear, winter wear, and cricket whites
  • Use of institute facilities during scheduled sessions
  • Participation in the annual training calendar

Personal Training sessions are not included, unless explicitly stated for a specific program.

What is Not Includes

Exclusions from the Annual Enrollment Fee

The annual fee does not include:

  • Personal cricket equipment or gear (bats, pads, gloves, helmets, shoes, etc.)
  • Tournaments, leagues, or competitions organised by other academies or agencies
  • Additional or replacement uniform sets beyond those included in the annual fee

Any such participation or purchases, if opted for, are billed separately.

Institute Calendar & Annual Downtime

Scheduled Downtime Within the Annual Training Calendar

The annual training calendar includes two planned downtime periods:

  • 15 August – 15 September: (Annual refurbishment and monsoon reset period)
  • 25 December – 5 January: (Annual winter break for rest and recovery)

These periods are built into the annual structure and apply uniformly across programs.

Key Enrollment Policies

Standard Policies for Fair and Consistent Operations

To maintain fairness and clarity, the following policies apply strictly:

  • Annual enrollment is fixed for 12 months
  • Enrollment periods cannot be extended, paused, or adjusted
  • No refunds or transfers are permitted
  • Seats are non-transferable
  • Admissions are capacity-led and subject to availability
  • Policies apply uniformly, without exceptions

These rules allow TUG to operate responsibly and consistently for all athletes.

A Final Note on Alignment

A Model Designed for Committed, Aligned Families

TUG Sports Institute is built for families who value structure, clarity, and long-term development.

Our enrollment model is designed to support this philosophy.

We encourage families to review these terms carefully and engage with TUG only if aligned with the structure and expectations outlined above.
