Personal Training At TUG

Overview


Personal Training at TUG Sports Institute is offered as a focused, one-on-one coaching format designed to support athletes who require individual attention beyond structured group programs.

These sessions are coach-led, appointment-based, and time-bound. They are not substitutes for group training and are offered strictly within the framework of TUG’s overall training philosophy.

Personal Training exists to address specific technical, physical, or situational needs, not to replace structured program participation.

Who Can Book Personal Training


Personal Training at TUG is available only to the following groups:

  • Athletes currently enrolled in a TUG program
  • Assessed athletes approved by the coaching team
  • Adults and corporate participants training under TUG-run programs

Personal Training is not available to walk-in or unaffiliated athletes.

This policy ensures fairness, continuity, and alignment with TUG’s training standards.

When Personal Training is Recommended


Personal Training may be recommended for:

  • Focused technical correction
  • Short-term skill refinement
  • Rehabilitation-aligned return to training (as advised)
  • Role-specific preparation
  • Adult or corporate training with defined objectives

All Personal Training sessions are designed to complement, not override, the athlete’s primary training structure.

How Personal Training Works


Personal Training sessions at TUG follow a clear and predictable process:

  • Sessions are booked in advance through the website
  • Each session has a fixed duration
  • Sessions are conducted by assigned coaches
  • Coach availability determines open slots
  • All confirmations and updates are shared digitally

There are no ad-hoc, walk-in, or WhatsApp-based bookings.

Booking a Personal Training Session


To book a Personal Training session:

  1. Select the relevant coach
  2. Choose the session type
  3. View available time slots
  4. Complete online payment
  5. Receive booking confirmation

Once booked, the session slot is reserved exclusively for the athlete.

Cancellation & Rescheduling


  • Sessions must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations or no-shows are billed in full
  • Rescheduling is subject to coach availability
  • Unused sessions cannot be carried forward beyond the agreed period

These policies allow coaches to plan time responsibly and maintain fairness across athletes.

Important Notes


  • Personal Training is not included in group program fees (except where explicitly stated)
  • Booking a Personal Training session does not guarantee ongoing availability
  • Coaches may recommend or decline Personal Training based on athlete needs
  • All Personal Training sessions follow TUG’s safety and conduct guidelines

Personal Training is a support tool, not a parallel or alternative pathway.
